9wicet Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions and Interpretation

The following terms used in these Terms carry specific meanings:

• "Platform" — refers to the 9wicet website (9wicet.lat) and all its subdomains and services.
• "Member" or "User" — a person who uses the services through a registered account on this platform.
• "Bonus" — any financial benefit or reward granted to a member by the platform.
• "Wager" or "Bet" — money placed by a member on any game or sports event on the platform.
• "Taka" or "৳" — the currency of Bangladesh, Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• "Wagering Requirement" — the obligation to place a specified amount in bets before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

2. Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account and use the services on 9wicet, you must be 21 years of age or older. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited and may be subject to legal penalties. We may request identification documents from a member at any time to verify age.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may create only one account. Operating multiple accounts from the same person or the same device is strictly prohibited. If such an occurrence is proven, all accounts will be permanently closed and all balances may be confiscated.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be completely truthful and accurate. Providing false information may result in account cancellation and balance confiscation.

3. Account Security and Password

The security of your 9wicet account is entirely your responsibility. Please follow the guidelines below:

• Do not share your password with anyone or write it down anywhere.
• Use a strong password — at least 8 characters, combining letters, numbers, and special symbols.
• Allowing any person, known or unknown, to use your account is prohibited.
• If you suspect unauthorized access, contact our support team immediately.

9wicet is not responsible for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to an account, unless the loss is entirely due to a fault on the platform's own part.

4. Financial Transactions — Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

The following payment methods are currently supported for depositing funds into 9wicet:

4.2 Withdrawals

The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount for each method is ৳800.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• If an active bonus wagering requirement is incomplete, the withdrawal may be held.

4.3 Verification Process

For large withdrawal amounts, we may request additional documents to verify identity. This is a standard security process and is done for the member's own protection.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

9wicet offers new members a 100% bonus on the first deposit up to ৳15,000. The following examples apply to the bonus:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳1,000 → Total Balance ৳2,000
• Deposit ৳32,000 → Bonus ৳15,000 → Total Balance ৳47,000

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times (25x). This means you must place bets equal to 25 times the bonus amount before you can withdraw the bonus funds.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• A member may not claim a specific promotion more than once.
• If the bonus usage period expires, the bonus will be automatically cancelled.
• Attempting to obtain bonuses through fraudulent means will result in account cancellation.
• 9wicet reserves the right to change or cancel the terms of any bonus offer at any time.

11. Account Suspension and Closure

11.1 Closure at Member's Request

Any member may request to close their account at any time by contacting the support team. Any outstanding balance can be withdrawn before the account is closed, however, bonus funds will be cancelled if the wagering requirement has not been completed.

11.2 Suspension by the Platform

In the event of a violation of the terms and conditions, 9wicet reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close a member's account at any time without prior notice. In such cases, the decision on whether to return deposited funds (excluding bonuses) will be made based on the circumstances of the incident.

12. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute or complaint, please follow the steps below:

1. First, report the issue through 24/7 live chat. Most issues are resolved quickly this way.
2. If the issue is not resolved through live chat, send a detailed email to [email protected].
3. Include your account ID, the date and time of the incident (Bangladesh Standard Time / BST), and relevant screenshots in the email.
4. We generally provide an initial response to complaints within business days.

13. Changes to Terms

14. Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy together form the entire agreement between 9wicet and the member. If any part of these Terms is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect.
